Asunto: [NT] The_Doctor

Good morning to all Montenegrin friends.
Contrary to what I wrote previously, I thought it was time to submit my application as an NT Coach to you. The reason is simple: today, like other previous weeks (21th January, 19th February, 12th March, 26th March) friendly matches could be organized to discover new young U25s and instead we were watching the others !!!
Montenegro is a small country with few active users. It is not comparable to Poland, Italy, Romania or others. We cannot afford to stand still. It is important not to waste the great work done with the U21. This is why I propose to lead your National Team. With the utmost respect for your work for the young people you raise and with the commitment to bring them to wear the national team jersey because they will become champions. I have known the game since 2006. I quit for a few years and started again in 2020. I am 53 years old and spend many hours online connected to Sokker. I joined Ciro Marchesi when he was Coach. I know Michele79 very well but also Roby-gym. We are in contact every day through a WhatsApp group. I promise you the maximum commitment to make this small but great national team grow. I want to try to do what the great Michele79 managed to do. I believe that success is achieved with programming and therefore I want to build a new group starting from young people. But this is also the World Cup season: good! the cup doesn't scare me !! I am ready to play it with the utmost commitment. I am very good at inventing and managing tactics, I may not be as good as NS but I will learn soon! If you believe in me and want the future of the national team, vote for me!

Hello, I would like to present my program. First of all I promise you, if I am elected, to manage the NT with passion, love, seriousness and collaboration with Montenegrin users. We need to raise the prestige of this National Team. It is necessary to create and update a new database and ask for the maximum collaboration of the owners of the players to make them grow according to the needs of the NT. Everyone has to help. It's true: there are few active users but we can do a lot. I managed NT Algeria until last season. I had created a database that I needed to track player growth. Unfortunately, one of the 3 Algerian users stood as a candidate and won the last elections. With the management of him, the team got worse. If you want to see your NT reborn, give me a chance. - WC qualification;
- improve the ranking;
- build the team of the future starting from young players.

Dear Montenegrin friends and brothers: I am really whipped and sorry for having lost again against Panamà which I believe is a growing team but still within our reach. Losing by just 1 goal hurts me a lot. I waited almost 24 hours to speak because I would have said very dangerous things. Yesterday we played with many players in the best form conditions. Yet we lost, even if only by 1 goal ...

Good morning to all Montenegrin friends! With today's friendly match my mission as a Coach in Montenegro ends. Meanwhile, I want to say THANK YOU! Thanks to your trust you have allowed me to experience the thrill of driving a great NT. Unfortunately, the results weren't brilliant but I can tell you that the team is at an excellent level and can give you a lot of satisfaction in the future. I hope to be able to leave the management to a friend who has helped me a lot: Michele79. I will give him all the information regarding the database and the tactics that I have recently optimized and that have given us the last two very precious victories.

I have done little compared to what I could have done. I tried to apply in Italy fighting hard with the old Coach who managed to qualify by playing very badly. Now I have become the NT Italy Coach and I want to try to work a miracle. You all know that I will also play for Montenegro and any victory I will dedicate to you too!
