Asunto: [U21] winner11

Hello everyone,

My name is Daniel and I am from Romania. I applied for Crna Gora U21 hoping that you would vote for me.

This season I was coach of Andorra U21 and even though I finished in 5th place I think I got some good results. Two draws against teams that qualified for World Cup, Italy (1-1) and Uruguay (2-2).
At my personal club I like training young players and developing them in the best way possible. I would be able to buy and train some young players of Crna Gora to help create a stronger team.

Hayastan U21 - Crna Gora U21 5:0

Well, my first match as coach of Crna Gora U21 is over and the result is a little disappointing. Number of shots was 12:9 which is why I think the score was too drastic. We had a few good chances to score a goal but unfortunately they were all missed.
One of the biggest problems in my opinion is the lack of a quality GK even if it's probably the easiest position to train.
My tactic also didn't work as I expected but that will change next match.
Any feedback is welcomed.

good luck... it took me a few games to get my feet on the ground but keep in contact with the guys and I'm sure you will turn this around. ;)

Armenia is on an incredible rise. They are in very good condition. The first matches are always difficult. The more you know the team, the better results you will get. good luc
