HI community,
I'm Behmen one of the Italian's Tutor for a long time (+4 years) and the current Paraguay's u21 coach. I signed up here on sokker in 2012 and from that day a real love towards this game was born.
this season I achieved some good results with a very weak national team. I won against Serbia and drew against Spain

I've been Scout of Belgium NT for two seasons with the coach Cureghem01, Assistant Coach and head Scout of Prathet Thai NT with the coach Divozzi, Scout DEF of the Italy U21 with the coach Fabbrogas, scout att of Israel with the coach Don Sal, scout with the coach Ford Kuga in Sverige under21 and in Hayastan under21 with the coach RealCampo,assistant coach and scout of latvja u21 with the coach bluray, scout of vietnam u21 with the coach Red3x, the Assistant coach of Italy u21 with the coach Red3x, the Assistant coach of Italy u21 with the coach Mega Adry (winners of mondial), the scout of Italy nt with coach Don sal.

Tournament trophies:
Vietnam u21 : winner asian Cup u20
Italy u21: second place in Druid's Cup

-A very important fact :
I was coach of Russia u21 in the 2016-09-19,I have achieved qualification for the world championship. there are to notice the alone 2 goals conceded and not only, the defense has been the best second in all the groups


if the community wants we can use the private federation to help everyone choose the best young in the academy.

One of the things that has always characterized my management has always been the greatest attention to the programming of training and maturity of the national players and also the constant search for new talent.
I like to involve the community with weekly thread where you can discuss the preparation and analysis of games.
I like to do tactics, i study a lot my opponent, and i create tactic also to prevent his possible choices..

it is probably a weak national team compared to the one of a few years ago.

It is not about the weakness of the team, is about how you can develop that weakness into something great :)

Indeed, the team lacks for strong players in key positions, but this is sokker, there are less users into the game, the sokker season is smaller than it used to be, so it is difficult to have the same team like you used to have when you were in charge.
