Asunto: Set Defs with Mid orders?

I know this has been mentioned before. The truth of the matter of my team is that I play with 4 defs. Now, I am in B league and the team is getting quite decent. My issue is that my defs still kick it out of bounds irrationally about 8 times a game (Due to whatever stat being too low presumably). This kicking out of bounds nonsense has really never impacted my team in a positive way (though I understand in a real life match why that would be helpful). To cut back on it, should I just play a tactic that has those players who do this with mid orders however playing the exact same defensive role?

actually, it's primarily caused by bad PM and/or passing. I dare say PM moreso being (at least in theory) PM governs the decision making process of a player on where to kick the ball.
Now, if a player has adequate enough PM, if his passing stinks he may decide to kick in up the field, but it might end up out of bounds anyway :)

If you play your defender with Mid order and he has low PM, he'll take longer to get rid of the ball and could have the ball stolen from him in front of goal.
Low PM and Tech would be a bad combination for defenders playing with mid order.

indeed. I'm playing a pace trainee on my B team defense and its not pretty.
