Asunto: activating friendly league

I have created a friendly league, there are four of us playing in it, all of us are out of the cup, and none of us has set up a friendly game this week. When I click done, it does not become active, it says error league cannot be created today......anyone know what I might be doing wrong?

They cannot be created on Wednesday as cup matches and friendlies are being played today....I wanna say they have to be set up before tuesday. It should let you set it up after the game update tonight.

what time is the game update

Usually around Midnight eastern time.
