i don't understand your question.
I'm not sure about the new changes announced in the News page will work, but as of now the only differences between PLUS and NON PLUS in the JUnior is that with PLUS you are able to see the Graphics about the pops and a different color when that happen

ok..well to better phrase the question, the new changes said that our juniors would be able to participate in junior only games right...Well for that to happen wouldnt we have to be able to have a Junior team? So i was wondering how that would be implemented
I am guessing that if you have a junior school with enough people, than you will be able to participate in the games. Anybody can start a junior school by going into the junior page and opening up spots. I believe a max of 5 juniors can join your school each week, but it might be 6. You also would need to have a junior coach.
Do you know how to attain these things?

yeah the news from today has cleared up everything
well, not everything... i don't get this section
The higher the coach level, the more exact the junior level determined. Also, the more matches your junior plays, the more adequately the coach knows his total skill and shows it to you. If a junior does not play in a match it does not affect his training - he will still get full training.
Notice, there was no change on the actual speed that juniors are trained, the only modification is how your coach shows the overall level and.... that you now can play matches with your junior teams
is it saying that skill level won't be shown or that it will and be more clear with better coaches. if so how could it be "more clear"... i'm a little lost here.

i guess theyre going to change how we perceive how good a junior is, rather than simply knowing exactly what skill the player is and exactly what his talent is it will vary depending on the coach. cool in my opinion
