Asunto: coaches

I have an asst. coach whose level is excellent and a junior coach who is Very good - should I switch them? Should I bother with a junior school unless I have a very high level coach?

As long as he is the assistant coach, I would use him for the academy. That said, how is your money situation, if good then it makes sense, if not, then maybe not the best idea to run a junior school. Need to start somewhere, but keep only really good prospects.
