Isbad [del] para Todos
The welcome email from Sokker mentions some helpful forum threads - top 11 things a new manager should do, or something like that, among others - but I can't find it.
Can anybody help me with a link? Thanks.

P.S. - I have read the rules.

You looking for This?

Ummm, that is a nice link to have, so thanks, but I expected something else.
Isn't there a thread/topic that lists the main steps every new manager should/shouldn't do? Like what kind of coach to hire, maybe to train stamina/pace/something for the first few weeks, to start the youth system or not etc.
You know, helpful little things that could jump start a new team and prevent some (I assume) standard mistakes people make if left alone with their teams and their bank accounts.

edit: Ah, never mind. I found the " Robnob's Newbie Guide". That should keep me reading for a while and away from transfer market.

Yep.

Also I recommend getting a mentor to help you out. I'd recommend NOT opening a Junior School just yet as it can take a few seasons to start yielding decent prospects.(Not always the case, but more times than not)

It's too bad this forum doesn't allow mods to sticky threads. Would be nice to have all the good newbie advice collected at the top.

Wow, these forums are not very active. I played sokker for a year back in the period October 2006-October 2007 and the threads are made in the leagues I played in are not only there, but still on the first page.
