whats considered a good talent level for a junior with middle of the road youth school coaching...
i've got a formidable ys player coming out with 5.5ish talent and an excellent coach... i know that talent is better with a 4 week guy and the top levels desire players with talent in the 3 week range... my question is, if i had an incredible coach given his 13 weeks in the YS... would he be more like a 4.5 week talent or just another 5 week guy that no one wants...?

he would be 4.75ish with an incredible youth coach. In my opinion
He's probably worth training a bit if you get decent skills distribution.
He could be a 4.0 to 4.25 weeks/pop with a magical coach.
That's good talent.
That's good talent.
I kept an excellent YC for a very long time, and 5.3 week talent was my limit.
Now I have brilliant (for about a season now) and still no 4 week or less talent love yet :(

I've got a 3.5 week guy. Problem is, he's coming out VG.
well you might get some residual money out of him down the line from someone else training him.
The only youth out of my school who's ever come out legitimately good is Chandler Alberts on my team, who was a 4.5 week talent with said excellent YC.
