is there a board where you can find out prices of players and future pricing of players
i got to the stage now where i have some juniors coming thru soon and hopefully be able to use them as trainees
and want to work out if i should be moving up trainess to first team and selling the players already there or selling the trainees or selling the juniors
also would like to know if any of my starting players are decent after the training they have been given

There's a forum called "Transfers II (en)" It has valuation threads for each of the positions, just post your players in the relevant thread and Vilpu will be along to give you his valuation, he's usually pretty much spot on with his predictions.
The decision to sell, keep, promote juniors etc is best kept untill they arrive. A lot will depend on age, talent, skills and whether they arrive with the skills that you require for training purposes. Be sure to post any arrivals in the youth pull thread and ask again if you are unsure on who would be the best to keep or sell.
For advice on current players and their improvements post away in here, the best place for opinions on such matters :)
If you dont want to post your players publicly then feel free to sk mail me them or any other user who you may have swapped mails with in the past as i'm sure they'll be happy to help again.

First up, that's not a bad set of trainees at all.
You are in a tricky situation though, i agree that your mids needs changing and the best way to do so (assuming that your cash is limited) is to sell off a defender to raise the cash to do so.
I say tricky because you're in a position to win your league this season but the two teams chasing you are not so far behind stats wise so you'll have to be careful not to weaken your back line too much.
What i'll offer is two possibilities, hopefully someone else can offer you another alternative or two if you dont fancy mine much.
1. Keep the status quo for now, your oldest players are only 21 and will still have at least one more pop in them this season, think about selling only if you promote a youth who is suitable to train. Then re-evaluate things at the end of the season.
2. Sell Ludwik Czetwertyński (i'd guess at receiving between 500k-700k) and promote a trainee. Use the money to bring in two new mids, this will weaken your defence slightly but will strengthen your midfield, try and buy the mids with a little defence as your training def this should help them gain a random pop in time if they aren't too old..aim for 24-26 year olds, they are a bit cheaper to buy and still have a chance to get randoms, or you could buy older cheaper players if you're not too bothered about getting the randoms.
A few observations.
1. I'd reccomend a bit of pace training to complement the def training, more pace will raise the price of your players and help you be more competitive, especially if you go on to promote this season.
2. Paddy Masterson, he could actually do a job for you in central midfield, his tech isn't great but he's probably a better option than the three mids that you have posted, play him in mid in the league and still give him training in friendlies
3.Bryce MacEachran, Mate, get rid asap i'm sure that you can bring in better today for around 20k.
Good Luck with those Youth Pulls and if you need anything clearing up or expanding upon then just ask.
Cheers

thanks
paddy already plays the league games in mid in place of bryce
maria skills went down again this week which is why i am thinking of making a change just now
i think bryce is a better player thatn maria now
but all my mid need replacing sooner rather than later
as for the skill sets of the teams in my league i think total harlow are still the best team in my league dispite me beating them for title last season and winning our first meeting this season the skills list on the stats page show them for a better team anyway
