Hi I'm new to the game what is a realistic level for your head coach to start with? do I go for an unearthy PM coach or will solid do to start with?

Unearthly.

When selecting the skill your training put to magical, the rest put to unsat.

This will give you a main coach geared for training the one skill you want initially.

Probably cost 3 to 4k which is affordable.
