i'm a newbie and finding this pretty difficult. it wil all take time I suppose.

dont be afraid to ask questions either in here or by mailing experienced players

1. Rule number 1. Don't spend ANY money at all.

2. Read the rules.

3. Read the rules.

4. Hit the forums and start reading through some of the old threads, and looking at newbie threads.

5. Be patient. The most common mistake newbies make is not reading the rules and spending money on rubbish before they even know what they are doing. It's very hard to earn cash right at the beginning, but very easy to spend it!!

Buy players with lots of pace but no defending skill they are good for injuring opponents. This should help with your usual tactics. :D

not still sore at our previous meetings. perhaps we could play a friendly as I hear the local hospital is a bit quiet just now.

Unfortunately all my friendlies are booked for the season with the Jockwars league. You should try to get Andy "Taeshire" to login and play a match. I think he has given up.

I think Taeshire has given up on most things interwebnet-based.

He hasn't logged in to any of the sites I know him from (except for HT) for quite some time.

I suppose HT is easy to play, it must be for Holme to win the Premier League twice.
