For 2.5m € I highly doubt you`ll get a 4xoutstanding. Anyway if you are planning to buy a winger, then buy someone whose passing is higher than playmaking.

yeah, but i figure minimum solid PM is needed... looking at prices atm.. i figure a bargain of that is possible for a slightly older player...
