yes they have.
over 22y is no problem but under 22y pleyer from poland have lower price than other because poland have lots of good young player and many may not becaome NT member but others country have less good players and they may became NT player in the future.
i saw this on the transfers market :)

mostly when a player has a chance for NT

now around 1.6-2m €..later, bit more:)

around 4.5m € at least.
