How about 1-1.25mil €

11-12.5mil € with a deal. If you list him without any deals, then he´ll be sold for 9-10m € max.

What do you mean exactly? Do you mean a buyer for a player? Depends on skills and age.
First of all..If your player is weak and looks like thousands of others here, then don´t even bother finding a buyer. You won´t!
Imo selling your player (24+) through any advertisement (for a normal price) is much more harder on nowadays. Because in past good skilled players were rare and people wanted to buy them more. Now you don´t have to look for a star player so hard, there is good chance he is already in the market. Prices have dropped, more star players.

Of course, the only chance is by advertisement to find a buyer.

I see he is listed. imo you won´t get much more than it`s already offered. Good price. I doubt there will be many overbids.
