mystery solved, theuniss head coach...you can clearly see the efect of head coach on players secondaries (general training) in long term..Buti Das Neves also has only weak def/pass

Tekano Du Plessis, age: 76

wage: 177 400 R
club: Blue Bulls, country: South Africa,
very good coach
Training effectiveness as head coach:
unearthly of stamina unsatisfactory of keeper
unearthly of pace poor of defender
unearthly of technique tragic of playmaker
unsatisfactory of passing unearthly of striker

So my first NT match is here:-)

I decided to go with A squad, I want to see the full strenght of the team first..later on we can play some U2x mixes..not to mention Jamaica is not THAT weak, their defense is as good as ours.
They have a new coach jeezy, who likes his 532 tactics in league matches, but it's hard to guess if he is gonna use this one, some old NT tactic or new one.
I'm gonna go with brand new tactic I used in the last league match, that worked perfectly, after neverending 433 in U21 and lots of Carna's 5 def tactics I want to play as many mids as possible so we are gonna try 451 since mid is our strongest position..
I'm also gonna go with defmid John Roskruge as a wing defender to support our midfield. I was even thinking to use Felix and Molefe there but may be I'll try that in some other mathes against weaker teams..If we will lead by 3 goals another defmid Bruce Peach will sub Rapalego and we will go with 7 mids to dominate the possession:-) Glen Modise will take the crucial role as a offensive mid/wing/att.

Here is the tactic

Squad

1 Roland Maluleke GK
2 Sibusiso Rapelego DEF
3 Excellent Malatsi DEF
4 Shane Jordan DEF
5 John Roskruge DEF
6 Wade Zulu MID
7 Piyoyo Bax MID
8 Alexander Rhode MID
9 George Cameron ATT
10 Glenn Modise MID
11 Timothy Bax MID

12 Jaba Shasha GK
13 Bruce Peach MID
14 Daine Mlaba DEF
15 Irvin Manuels MID
16 Charles Roskruge ATT

Set pieces

Free kick: Glenn Modise
Penalty kick: George Cameron

Conditional orders

Min. Condition / Action
1' winning by at least 3 goals
Bruce Peach on position 2
1' red card or no player
Sibusiso Rapelego on position 1
1' red card or no player
Alexander Rhode on position 2
1' red card or no player
Alexander Rhode on position 3
1' red card or no player
Alexander Rhode on position 4
1' red card or no player
Alexander Rhode on position 5
46' always
Charles Roskruge on position 9

I'm also gonna go with defmid John Roskruge as a wing defender to support our midfield

Don't you think he hasn't got enough defender?

But it's nice to see you're trying new things anyway. ;)

Freshly updated only incredible..but i like his secondaries:-)
2013-01-15 21:42:25
Aight, we'll see how it turns out ;)
2013-01-15 22:31:16
I've beaten 60 mark teams with 18 year old good defenders on side wings, I'm not worried about it :-)

I like the tactic s it's really solid

I am just afraid that a single forward might not be enough to create sufficient pressure to score. I haven't seen a 1 forward tactic who really worked well with the new engine. (sorry but in your league game your opponents gk really sucked, you woudn't have scored 3 times wit a slightly better scorer).

So I'd go with that tactic but pull on of the mids forward and go with a 4-4-2 with the option to change tactics and go with a 4-5-1 once in a clear lead.

heh I know you wouldnt like 1 striker tactic:-) I know my opponent suck:-) I usually play with "secondary striker" mid with striker skill, little behind the striker and I love it, it really works well offensively (even last season when I played in the best Czech league against 65-70 mark teams), but he is injured now, so I had to play classic off mid and pulled him little "down" and towards the wing..
1 striker tactic can still work if you have enough off/mid support..

Which mids you would pull more forward?

It also depends how high the Jamaican defense is going to be..I want to see how this tactics work and I have other 442 already prepared (basically the same but with the offmid as a striker).
I will also try later modified version of one of Carna's tactic (the 6-2-2)

sorry about the critics, but I just give my honest opinion. If you prove me wrong it would be great as it would mean the ME has much more tactical solutions than I thought ;-))

the secondary striker could be a nice solution, indeed. I'd pull Nr 7 forward and 11 and 10 more to the left.

nono, don't get me wrong I love the constructive critic..I even asked for it:-) That's what makes us improve and I value your opinion obviously:-)

This is the 2nd tactic

I use this guy as my secondary striker, I love him, his helping the midfield with his passing, makes assists to my primary striker and scores goals by himself (usually strikes from distance ), he is also freekick specialist, scored some nice goals from freekicks..I can also put him on offensive throw ins and I don't have to sacrifice unfavourable positioning of my mids. This is currently my favourite postion and player:-) Unfortunately it's very rare..

Rauno Söderholm, Age:30
club: Hustlers, country: Suomi
Value: 1 863 250 $, Wage: 25 625 $
excellent (10) Form, outstanding (12) Tactical discipline
height: 177

excellent (10) stamina, hopeless (1) keeper
magical (15) pace, good (7) defender
superdivine (18) technique, magical (15) playmaker
brilliant (14) passing, incredible (13) striker
2013-01-16 11:54:11
I'd pull Nr 7 forward and 11 and 10 more to the left.

I will make some adjustments :-)
2013-01-16 11:57:07
Nice bargain you did there with Soderholm ;)
2013-01-16 12:02:50
the previous owner got him even cheaper..whats good about these players is they are extremely undervalued on transfers..I think they are perfect players for this engine..
