the previous owner got him even cheaper..whats good about these players is they are extremely undervalued on transfers..I think they are perfect players for this engine..

the 2nd tactic seems very good to me :-))

indeed! söderholm is a fantastic player who gives you a lot of tactical variations!

Lots of potential space for a deep winger.. I'd put your backs more wide at certain points.

I'm aware of that:-) dont think Jamaican coach is going to use winger..he never does :-)

I've decided to put T.Bax as the wing/att/offmid, I like his technique and PM over Modise..and Modise will be more helpfull with his pasing on the right central wing, his excelent striker skill (which was the reason I prefer him in the 1st place) wouldn't be big advantage there anyway..

Ecuador seems to have a higher value player on every position than us, so I don't expect us to be favourites, still i want to win this match. Cameron's injury is a complication, but Roskruge and Lechesa are not much worse and both are in high form..they will have to play the whole match though..
New Ecuador coach seems to play very similar tactics all the time, he almost exclusivelyy uses only 1 striker and 2 wingers in his league and he played the same way against Brazil. Although he lost 5:0 I hope he will not change it.
Since he plays with only 1 striker and I want to use as many of our top players as possible I'll put Zulu in central defense next to Jordan and with 2 very wide wingbacks. Rhode should be covering their offmid.

This is the tactic

We will also use Marc's stadium to make the pitch as small as possible. With his permition of course:-)

Sure, no problem.

looks good to me :-D

close but nice victory in your league game, despite only 1,5 strikers ;-))
2013-01-20 20:16:31
Come on, give me some criticism, I can handle it..or you really like it that much? :-)

heh league match was crazy, I finished the match with 10 men, 2 of them 19 year olds, and worhtless wing defender, there were only about 5 players with 3rd division quality, but my opponents tactic was so bad that I've won anyway:-)
2013-01-20 20:43:55
seriously, I like the tactic.
maybe I'd pull the wingbacks (2 and 5) one field closer to the center when we're in attack and I'd soften the crossing of the attackers a little (as I did with the u21), but that's about it! :-))

I honestly don't like attackers that close to eachother.. They're constantly moving in eachother's way instead of creating space. If your opponent's defenders are positioned well, your strikers will be mostly covered. And I don't like those strikers swapping places randomly every second :p Strikers should move, but you have to do it in an efficient way.. Let them move in a different way. For instance, when one striker goes wide and deep, the other pulls back a bit. That's how to create space and avoid non-stop coverage by the defenders.. Of course you can swap them sometimes, for instance when the ball is on the deep side, they could instantly swap places and one of them can move towards the first post. These things work, just check some of my tactics you have ;-)
