It was a frustrating game, although many people have said that the engine could make anyone win, I think our defeat was fair because strategically they were superior.
We were very good in the 1st half but we could not completely dominate, we had the best chances but it was a well-balanced match in the first half, we lost a lot of chances and Gaudyn lost a goal without keeper, when I saw that, I realized it would not be a good day for us.
In the second half both teams changed their tactics and his strategy prevailed, he was very clever at being more aggressive in the second half and this made his team have more gas, our second tactic did not fit very well and so we lost many possessions, our defense was exhausted because we risked everything in the first half, I put the best team in the first half and we failed to make the result in the beginning.
It is frustrating to be eliminated from the U21WC, I do not think the problem is our youth schools, we had a very good team, I would say they are the level of the team we were world champions in last edition, the problem was myself, I was not strategically and so we were eliminated. I'm not going to blame Gaudyn not done that goal, there is no reason for me to blame for other things (Gaudyn, random engine, etc.)
I'm not going to continue in the next season as a coach in Poland, but I'll do my service while a coach using the U20 generation in the next matches, I wish good luck to anyone who continues this job.
I thank everyone who helped me in those 4 seasons, it was a lot of fun to have been a coach in Poland, it was a really cool experience.
I'm sorry that I was not able to make the community be world champion again.

2 wins and 1 lose, no.... what matters is win, i could talk anything about our match in this U21WC because i lose, as i said... i will not blame Gaudyn for not having made goals. I lose because i was inferior and that's all, you lose that 2 matches by same thing.

meczu nie oglądałem, ale powinniśmy się zastanowić co zmienić, żeby wykorzystać większą liczbę szkółek juniorskich... 900 Rumunów vs 3800 Polaków, a noty w meczu 62:59 na korzyść rywala :p

To wiadome od dawna. Od momentu jak przejąłem reprezentacje pisze o tym niemal na każdym kroku. Mamy ogromną przewagę uzytkowników względem innych, ale nasi ludzie wolą trenować innych zawodnikow niż naszych. W Rumunii i wielu innych krajach (Chorwacja, Czarnogóra) robi się analogicznie.

Czas zabrać się za trening Polaków!:)

Skoro wiadomo od dawna, to czemu od dawna jest tak słabo? :p

Powtórzę to kolejny raz :) kiedyś prosiłem selekcjonera o pewną liste zawodników i do tej pory nie dostałem.. głosowalem na niego w pierwszych wyborach ale powiem to otwarcie.. czas na polaka na tym stanowisku :) po seniorskiej kadrze widac ze moze to sie krecic z takim :P

Bo nikt nikogo nie zmusi do wyboru graczy pod trening?:) Informacja się pojawia, może teraz jak dostaliśmy bęcki w 1/8 coś ruszy, bo ludzie faktycznie zobaczyli że jest źle.

Ja sam trenuje 7 przyszłych reprezentantów:)

Rumuni też nikogo nie zmuszali? :)

Prawda, wystartował wątek "wytrenuj reprezentanta", ale jak widać to daleko za mało :p



ps. Porażka z Rumunią zawsze wchodzi w rachubę, a że akurat stało się to w 1/4 - to jest bolesne, ale nie zaskakujące. Bardziej mnie od wyniku zaniepokoił rozkład not meczowych na naszą niekorzyść. To źle wróży.

Tam była chęć oddolna. Tak samo jak w Czarnogórze, gdzie ludzi po prostu kręci trenowanie swoich. Mamy matusiaków, otworzyliśmy "wytrenuj reprezentanta". W najbliższych dniach powinna pojawić się kolejna inicjatywa. Jeśli ktoś ma pomysły jak można rozwinąć trening "naszych" serdecznie zapraszamy do współpracy!:)

Porażka tak, ale nie z takimi notami. Zdarzało się, że Rumuni mieli jedną formację lepszą.. ale nie cały skład.

Może czas na działania dywersyjne w stylu działania Rumunów? Często gęsto, gdy pojawia się nasz młodzian - zdrowy, konkretny i ze znacznymi predyspozycjami - zostaje aktywowana część bogaczy Rumuńskich, którzy o nich walczą i dla przykładu krzywią, bądź tak rozwijają, by był wartościowy mało wiele, ale nie dla kadry...tak by był jeszcze drogi, ale żeby brakowało mu "czegoś" do zostania kadrowiczem. Z drugiej strony można często się spotkać z reakcją 'właścicieli' w stylu : "ja go nie zgłoszę, nie pokażę skilli, bo nie chcę go w reprze, bo kontuzja, bo to, bo tamto". Brak odpowiedniego przepływu informacji tudzież chęci współpracy na linii kluby - reprezentacja, czyli tej chęci do pracy u podstaw. Jeśli klub nie chce kogoś "pokazać" to i kadra nie może nakierować jegomościa na właściwe tory.
