Asunto: [NT] Squad

A few of you may be wondering why certain players aka Buchanan are not playing anymore. This is due to Suttie no longer wishing him to play for the NT team and i respect his wishes. We have no chance of qualification from this group anyway so its time to rebuild with newer players who are younger to get their training higher. Stay tuned for the new era starting.

wouldnt it be better to make a deal with suttie about Buchanan? Only play him when its an official game that matters? Basically any NT game (wc, wcq) that is played when youre not sure to be out or in or games youre sure to win anyway? :)
in WC seasons, that would be 2 or 3 group games, maybe 1 or 2 knock outs if youre lucky
in WCQ seasons, that would be like only 4 games.

Boo suttie!

Suttie wants to win the League, cup and Champions league and doesn't want any un-neccessary risks taken with his players. He has always been like that since my time in charge. He isn't the only one either, dandy isn't much better.

A hattrick of assists in tonight's Champions Cup match for Buchanan... i have absolutely no regrets in my decision. And as rtg has quite rightly pointed out, our scotland squad is crap anyway and have no chance of progression. Scotland's only chance of glory this season lies in the Champions Cup with me.

to be honest here guys with the new ME changes it is clear that gregs wishes of getting rid of the 5 at the back is working. Wingers over the piece of the game are pretty useless now so we really will not miss buchanan anyway. Look at the amount of chances we are now creating with balls straight through the middle! if only the forwards would hit that barn door they are facing.

For this week its the same team to hopefully get another few TD pops before the USA game. Last week we had a few TD pops on the defenders so im hoping i will see more of a straight line at the back this weekend rather than the zig zag i witnessed last week.
