crazy...and russian league? not good move even for that money...
zenit pay 40 million in order to activate the release clause on witsel's contract since they really want him while for hulk case, well... it's because he's one of the avengers ;)
and imo, they interested by the russian club proposal and ambition. in the last 2 years there's quite lot of good players moves to the russian league.

Russian league has a decent level, well, mainly due to the money :P
Russian league will be quality soon with those money-clubs...
Russian premier League for me is 6-th strongest in Europe. Good teams, and with this kind of transfers can comepete soon for best 4. In 10 years with good infrastructure,and strong teams with a lot of money)
Nah, Fifa will start using the fair play rule for club's monetary issues. They at least said it will start soon.
