Enrique was such a bargain :F
2011-08-12 00:20:19
hmm..cesc paid himself for the move? interesting. now nasri won't go anywhere obviously, damn.. ;)

what i don't like from cesc's transfer saga was barcelona -the club itself and also its players- seems to pushed fabregas for the move. from tries to put on their jersey to him in front of every one eyes until speaks to the media frequently how they wants him. for me, it was a bit rude. they should've had some respect to the other arsenal players as fabregas is the club captain.

and, rumors says that kaka will be back to milan for only 13 m euros?? how much madrid bought him..? :p

Cesc made a very bad move,he paid 6 mililon to sit at the bench.I hope Arsenal will bought Pjanic or Gourcuff from Lyon for the money they got for Fabregas.
2011-08-12 11:55:17
What's the difference, he wasn't going to win anything with Arsenal.
2011-08-12 12:28:22
He can do the Maxi López now :D
2011-08-12 12:30:00
:D
2011-08-12 14:43:57
I dont now for you but I prefer more to play and nothing to win(this year that wil change),than sit at the bench and watch your temates wining troph
2011-08-12 14:46:42
(this year that wil change)

no it won't. Arsenal lost Clichy and Fabregas - who will play in their positions, someone better? No.

Also United, City, Chelsea, Liverpool got better and all will fight for Championship.

Arsenal can get a FA cup or something like that, big deal.

And Fabregas will play a lot of games, don't worry about that.

and xavi's 32 years old now. cesc is only 24 years old, in two years he'll get xavi's position in barcelona. paid 6 million by his own for it, that's will be a bargain..
2011-08-12 15:05:54
i dont think so, i can see xavi playing till he is like 37/38, i can see cesc warming the bench with mascherano for the next 6 years.
2011-08-12 15:08:08
There are thousands of options. Barca has only two class central backs, Busquets/Mascherano often play there. Against weak teams Barca can play Iniesta-Xavi-Cesc in the central midfield. Iniesta can always be moved to the wing. Lots of options, lots of games. He will get his playing time. One who can be angry and worried about bench warming is Thiago, not Cesc.
2011-08-12 15:10:28
Cesc can play false 9
Thiago can play false 9
Thiago will be tested on the wing
...
2011-08-12 15:11:08
As I've said, thousands of options.
2011-08-12 16:09:16
Err.. Mascherano already played a lot last season. If that's what you call to "warm the bench", then I can't see the downside for Fabregas on this :-?

For Barça it makes sense to get someone younger before they have no chocie, i.e., before Xavi and co. retire or are clearly unable to play as well/often as now. They doubt for me iw ehether it makes sense to pay so much for that.
2011-08-12 16:26:10
Now it seems that Arsenal board have blocked the transfer because of a premature joy in the Spanish press and Barca board :D
2011-08-12 16:29:33
oh really?
