giggs was one of the better players out there last night imo. rooney was looking for the penalty, but it was legit since he got the ball and almunia got him instead of the ball. nothing wrong with that decision. was kinda befuddled how mike dean didn't give arsenal a penalty when fletcher clattered into arshavin, but really didn't matter in the end as arshavin scored not too long after that.
eboue's dive was classic though. ref should've sent him to the stands like he did with arsne wenger ;)

judgung by your last few posts, you really dont know much about the game.
juding by your last posts nor do you. And if you even read my posts i clearly said that giggs was past his time. And i agree with the australian bloke who i day to write his username :), that giggs was one of the better players yesterday and set up a goal, (even though it was an own goal), he created chances. And the overrated Evra, don't you mean the underrated Evra. He is a world class defender who pushes up-field and will drop back and makes good tackles.
i think what you should of said is the overrated Terry. He shouldn't of won defender of the year, it should of been someone like Vidic. Twice in a row he has won and they haven't even won the CL in those years, he's the one that cost them it the year before. :P

Give me ashley cole any day for that job, you just said he was world class, how is world class under rating him? He is poor, makes far too many basic errors and doesnt pose much threat going forward at all.
Giggs may have been one of the better players (in a red shirt), but that doesnt really mean much at all given the quality of performance by the mancs going forward, arshavin and arsenal far out classed him.
I'd rather have Terry over Vidic as well, they are both similar players who get stuck in and arent afraid to put their bodies on the line, but Terry is a leader, he gets his backline together lets them all know whats going on etc etc, vidic doesnt.

hardly, look at all the match reviews and arshavin has an average rating from all the ones ive seen of just under 8, only beaten by gallas and giggs has an average rating of around 6 and a half. This suggests i'm right ;)
not really as you see more of giggs than arshavin. And Terry is a leader as he is like a co-captain of Lampard. :P Vidic is younger and doesn't make stupid mistakes like misiing a penalty meaning he is better. Anyway who do you support?

There's no way any proper Chelsea supporter would hate or even swear about Terry after that...if he did, then he's no good supporter, just glory hunter...
We have some guys like this in PL, a ManUnited one to be exact...swears all the time about MU players, especially Berbatov, and year after year he says they play rubbish and won't win anything...
