Asunto: Premier League 2009/10

2009-10-25 20:11:36
if owen was just that wee bit faster, it would've been a last man professional foul, and a straight red. johnson and agger wouldn't have stopped the shot, since owen would've been through on goal, and in a 1-on-1 situation.

and the way carragher slid into carrick was just plain dangerous. anywhere outside the penalty box it would've been a straight free kick, and a yellow possibly. even if carragher did get a bit of the ball, the speed he was going in at meant there could've been some serious risk of injury, and the commentators said that there were rules regarding the situation, that even if the defender got a touch on the ball, it could still be a penalty if the referee deemed it dangerous enough.

lousy officiating won you the game. if they were any bit sharper, you should've been behind in the 3rd minute when rooney put the ball in the back of the net but was wrongfully flagged for offside.

he was offside by about 3 yards, why cant you just be a good loser and accept you were second best?
oh yeah your a man u fan and arnt used to getting beat, get in the real world pl, man u have fluked and cheated many games to win so fair doos!

Second day in a row you have made my day. Thanks for that superb post again. You are getting my hopes up, I am expecting another one tomorrow. Don`t disappoint me.

You are clearly the wrong person to give us lecture how we should act, when someones favourite team gets beaten.

I actually don`t care about the fact that Manu lost. That´s only one game. If Liverpool was better, then good for them. The only thing that matters is league table in the end of season.

:)

For once, Man U have to see that refs aren't their little servants

The latest Fergie saga has made refs bolder

NOG- Liverpool's star striker

The first G is silent ;)
2009-10-25 23:25:15
how can you actually claim liverpool won because of lousy officiating?
That's just poor, liverpool were by far the greater team, simple. About time you realised that without the dodgy reffing and blatant bullying of them by fergie, you wouldnt have won anywhere near as much.
2009-10-25 23:52:51
Pool was better today, no doubt about it. But still, refrees made a huge impact on the result.
2009-10-26 00:27:09
correct, the reff gave man u about 20 free kicks in the last 10 minutes, and where did 5 minutes of extra 'fergie' time come from eh?
2009-10-26 07:47:11
how bout when berbatov was carded for just running with the ball? or when evra was carded when poor ol' torres was too clumsy and tripped over his own feet? the yellows on vidic were justified, i don't deny that, but carragher and lucas should've been cautioned way earlier, the was the ref let those professional fouls go were just atrocious
2009-10-26 08:16:22
that was a good match last night dispite of the defeat and some criticize fouls by the ref for both teams... but it's a game anyway, and just one match. obviously we're second best through the game last night but there's still lot of games we've and we could grab ahead.. this season ain't over yet, and The Red Devils still in a good position in all competition they participate with.. :)

hopefully we could get the 19th league trophy... ;)
2009-10-26 08:23:10
let it go ffs.
2009-10-26 08:30:45
i will concede that we were second best last night, and i would've gladly accepted the loss, had the officiating not been all over the place. as it stands, i think that it may have cost us a potential result, undeserved as it may be, but a result nonetheless. imagine if a penalty was given, or lucas and carragher were cautioned earlier, or carragher was sent off.

however, what's passed cannot be undone. we can only look forward to the end of the season, when we win our 4th consecutive title. GLORY GLORY MAN UNITED!

I think this is Chelsea's year.

PL: Chelsea
Carling Cup: Arsenal
FA Cup: Tottenham
Champions League: Real Madrid
Europa League:(I can't believe I'm writing this) Liverpool

Real Madrid will fail.
