Why not? They have a great team. One of best defences and midfields, possibly even the best.
Of course you probably know better and I don`t follow football as much as you do. But imo only what they have are famous players who earn too much money. Lampard and Gerrard on midfield, I don`t rate these guys high. Nonsense I know:) England won`t won nothing in this or in next cups for some time.
But that´s only my opinion from an average football fan.

I'm not a fan of any of them, but still Lampard is awesome - just check his assist+goal ratio, best in Premiership as far as I know! :) Gerrard had a weak season...also they might not play together, I can see Barry+Lampard in the centre.
England used to fail at major tournaments, but with Capello they can actually make it.
