Here you are, there is a UEFA ranking, and we can see that Italy is behind Germany.

Italy would have lost the place last season if Bayern would have won the CL final against Inter. However, this season it's finally happening.

you understand, this year germany will have a new cup, your teams are more competitive, but in this year there are many team very bad, UEFA must to change standards,

You deserve 4 places, cause italian teams got a really bad approach to EuroLeague competition.. they all uderestimated the importance of this cup and put Serie A in first place as importance.. anyway i believe that Serie A is still more competitive than Bundesliga (and also of Liga, where after 2 martians and 2 good teams there's nothing..). Just compare first 8 teams of each league right now:

If you face one another the 1st with the 1st, the 2nd with the 2nd, and so on.. on their best form.. i think only Bayern would win his match.. is just an opinion anyway :P

imho the only reason why so many unknown clubs are on top atm is that Bundesliga is the best-balanced ligue in Europe with 18 quite equal teams.

we owe that to the fact that our german TV money is divided more benefiting for low ranked teams. The price we pay for this is that even Bayern can't compete with european top clubs - regarding the finances. Luckily they're still able to reach CL final...

and lose it ;P

2012 final will take place in Munich, that's the extra motivation they need to win ;)

Italian Serie A is very balanced as well. Top teams often had problems with not losing against teams that were getting relegated, even the Mourinho's Inter almost lost the Scudetto against...who was it...Siena I guess? Ended with a lucky 4:3 for Inter from what I remember.

what was wrong with this approach? Europa League is a joke. It is much better for the team to fight for higher place in league than to fight in EL because of money factor.

Italian teams got big names, but results are not so good. Palermo didn't manage to beat Sparta Prague, Juventus lost their chances in Poznan against Lech, Sampdoria is worst than Metalist and Napoli have to win against Steaua in last matchday. East isn't so friendly for Italians :)

Yep.. but this ingenerate many problems with Uefa's ranking: i believe that our federation should give money prizes to teams who go further in EL and CL.. otherwise in some years we'll be taken over by france, portugal and russia too..
