Asunto: Champions League 2010-2011

Barcelona play how Arsenal try to, but with Arsenal there's a feeling that they'll give the ball away with the next pass, but with Barca it's just untouchable. They are the best team I've ever seen.

I prefer watching forward footie like Porto or Villareal.

Shows yet again that you know absolutely nothing about football. You just don't, I'm sorry. Maybe you stick to your biology studies instead.. or watching your favorite teams like Blackburn and Stoke

I'll explain you why, please take note this time. Villareal tries to play the exact same kind of football than Barcelona. Exactly the same, they just don't do it as good. The reason why you found that particular game interesting to watch is because both teams actually tried to play good football and it was a game of two halves. It wasn't one team trying and the other buidling up a defensive wall (like we have seen Inter and Real do in the past f.e.). Villareal actually played a lot of tiki taka in that game, particularly in the first half. Porto defended poorly and it allowed Villareal to play the through ball quite easily, mainly by Rossi. The second half was vice versa with Porto on song with great ball-on-the-ground football.

Probably the reason why you find the football boring is because you hate the club. You have it burned in your head that you hate Barca and therefore you hate their football. While the goal of it is the same as Villareal's.. You just don't know football well enough to see it.

Also: massive respect to Manchester United for trying to play to their own strenghts.

anyways it wasn`t that bad yesterday imo. I mean barcas pass wasn`t meant to kill the game this time. at least imo. and also busquets grabbed his face only once. or twice? so nothing really to complain about imo:P

Great game. man ure tried to kill the game with their defensive counter attacking football, but barca finally put them in their place, well deserved barca.

all the united fans have crawled back under the woodwork :)

I know you don't like the style, it's your right to do so, but I really can't understand it. Barça's play is ... perfection. This is what football should look like, this is what happens when you do everything right. Unless you play anti-football like Mourinho does - and I can't blame him, Mourinho's a winner, whatever it takes - you cannot beat this team. It is a real machine that Guardiola has perfected in every detail of the game. Their pressure when they don't have the ball is so intense, but also very clever. Not to mention what they do when they have the ball ... This is the best team I've ever seen and I believe it's the best I'll ever see again. This team will be remembered for many decades. I think I have found my religion.

yes. it is an example to all youngsters and coaches. we need to focus on passing, technique and movement. for too long we have focused on height and strength in this country, that is why we never win anything.

who says I liked the Villareal part? Exactly, you :) I was rather talking about Porto (obviously) who play way more forward. Stop making assumptions and get your facts right. I dont support stoke, nor do I study biology ... nor was I talking about the villareal foot :)

What´s there to discuss or there is something specific you want to talk about!? Barcelona was better and is probably the best team in world right now. If I would be annoying brat like you, I would ask what Liverpool has won in recent years, but I won`t do that.

There is sth seriously wrong with you if you haven`t noticed. Somewhere you said you`d rather die, than support Manu. That´s just not healthy...
