I don't know. Varney scored a great one and my favorite so far this season is Bale vs Stoke

couldn't find better quality

Smalling played brilliantly, i dont think he could of played better on his debut.

Agree. The kid really surprised me :)

i'm going to argue that dorrans strike was actually better than rooney.

No element of flukeyness or chance to his effort, just pure class. Rooneys was quality, but has massive amounts of fortune to it, as any first time volley has. Hence, why these sort of strikes are 'once in a lifetime', because they are lucky. Skill, is by definition, repeatable.

Amazing? Yes.
best goal ever and pure skill? No chance

Especially that Rooney kicked it not with his foot, but shinbone/tibia[I'm not sure which one is proper in this context] so there was a massive amount of luck.

btw this is a better 1st time volley by far ;-)

I hate Rooney, but it was a screamer.

Best PL goal ever? No way. Better goals?

The list can go on

Tell you something lads , if Andy Carroll can get a move in january to a top 4 club he could seriously become a truly world class striker !!

i think he needs a manager who can manage players like him who have bags of potential but are basically a bit of a plonker lol

Wasnt far away lads , £35m move to a previous top 4 club - now lets see when fit if he proves me right ! :)
2011-02-18 18:07:47
Giggs new contract :)
2011-02-19 13:53:17
+1 :))

Most teams would give a young(er) player a chance ...
2011-02-20 04:44:30
well, united has.. in the last 5 years there's lee martin, zoran tosic, welbeck, ronaldo, luis nani, obertan, bebe, and ji-sung.. but that lads just keep have the spirit and skill so he's still needed :p
2011-02-20 15:51:15
young?
Park Ji-Sung?
The 29-year-old?

Oh forgive me, I forgot.

Young compared to Ryan Giggs.
He joined just after coming off the battlefield at Hastings didn't he?
