Must choose between Drogba, Torres and Carroll up front!
2010-09-01 17:56:41
why not use all 3 of them?
2010-09-01 17:57:55
I don't know how to change formation
2010-09-01 18:05:15
on My Team screen you drop out a def or mid and bring in a striker, easy as that
2010-09-01 18:15:55

Some of you people are crazy! :o

Injured or in doubt are: Stockdale & Terry

(you do realise you need to build a game winning team and not a real football team) - Awful FPL players: Mikel & Carragher

...and understanding some of you like to gamble, be careful with CKs like Hleb or a few other new signings.

...and the crown achievement... who takes out Bale? Hells, are you crazy? He is probably the hottest player in FPL right now. Even if you want to bring Walcott in, taking Bale out is senseless. Tsk tsk tsk.

:)

Bale is a weird let-out move, I must agree.

I have both Stockdale and Terry, though I'm not sure whether to remove them - there is a 1 week pause because of international games, so they might get back to fitness.
2010-09-01 20:49:11
maybe not with the amount of midfielders tottenham now have.

Carraghers a good attacking player that often pops up with assists and the odd goal + clean sheets. Mikel is dirt cheap, especially for a starting chelsea player who are scoring for fun.

There's still another 10 days til the next round to worry about injuries :P

whats a CK with hleb as well?

CK - Carlos Kickball, that is the nickname given to untested/new foreign players to the EPL.

Regarding a few of the names mentioned above...
Carragher - are you serious? He is an awful player, both in EPL and FPL. He fouls like crazy, makes terrible mistakes and is far too expensive for his points haul in the game. Get rid pronto is m advice on him.
Mikel - What good is he for the FPL GAME? Who cares about Chelsea scoring? He has absolutely no part of this. Players like Albrighton (AVL) or Barton (NEW) are far better choices than him for the GAME!

Who still haven't used his wildcard?
2010-09-01 21:35:59
I still have mine :)
2010-09-01 21:44:50
mikel has the 11th most points for a midfielder and only cost 5 mil, chelsea score lots, he's going to get assists somewhere. Carra's also up there as one of the highest scoring defenders and thats having played Arsenal and Man City.

I havent used my wildcard, hardly made a transfer at all tbh

You keep Mikel and Carragher mate :) We'll see where that gets you at the end of the season.
Check out last season's scores for an estimate ;-)
