Yeah. Maybe that's why they're so talented: Denmark haven't had many great talents for a long time, so the clubs started playing the youngers ones even earlier - and hence they improved more :)

Have your football association and clubs invested a lot of money into youth sector some years ago? You have lots of talented players (..) I know that Germany spent a lot of money 10 years ago and that's why they have such great youth teams and young players in senior NT.


Er... bad news: you can't buy talent :P
I don't think you can explain why countries like Denmark or Netherlands produce a statistically implausible amount of good players. There simply are a bunch of good players being born around the world, and some opportunities to become professional players. If the two things connect, then that's it, tehre isn't much for money to do.

As for Germany: they've been good since football exists, more or less, I don't see how somethign that happened 10 years ago can explain anything :P

You can't buy talent, but you can easily waste existing talents by not giving them the necessary amount of support. This, of course, depends on the amount of money that is invested. That's where Germany was lacking investments in the past (mainly during the 90s) and what has been improved.
