Yep, I've also read that. around 14mln $ paid now, from the total of 58mln$. Neymar shall travel to Barca after the World Cup in 2014.

not dolars but Euros I think ;-)

He's overrated if you ask me, obviously, I'm nowhere near as good as he is, but he's not worth £35m, then again, Andy Carroll...

I couldn't agree more. He just looks great in Brasil, but when Santos faced Barca, he was "absent" on the field. So I also doesn't understand why the big fuzz...

It would be like Anthony Stokes, scored tonnes of goals with Falkirk in a loan spell from Arsenal, signed for Sunderland, failed miserably, signed for Hibernian, scored a few, signed for Celtic, and now he's banging them in again!

Shit just got real.. when I imagine him in the Barca dress - I gotta go to the toilet :(

Neymar should stay in Brazil - if he moves the illusion will break and the fact that he is average will come forward.

I don't see a point of barca paying such a big money and finishin the deal in two years...i mean what if he loses his form a gets serious injury and never play as good again ?
2012-03-21 20:12:40
Brasilian league does not know defending as in Europe, so he is really good there but he wont be star in Europe...

I'd be gutted if I'd paid £14m a year for a player for four seasons before he could join, and then 3 years into the installments, the player gets a career-ending injury after paying £42m for nobody. Would they get their money back? Probably not but they should.

Oh god, the referee at Villarreal - Real Madrid is so terrible he's hilarious. :D
Even though Sergio Ramos deserved the red card, I feel sorry for Real.

And the difference between Real and Barca is 6, when 10 games to go:)
Real stumbled on Villarreal, 1:1. Won quite some money:) Odds were over 4:1
Things may get very interesting later on in the season. Real has some quite tough opponents to go before Clasico, like Atletico (away), Valencia (home), Osasuna (away, they won Barca). Dont remember the last 2.
Things may get very interesting in the final phase of the season :

"Even though Sergio Ramos deserved the red card, I feel sorry for Real"

biggest mistake this night was the penalty for Villareal not seen by the ref...

Yep, although Real players are furious with the referee, especially due to the freekick situation. Actually it was a clean tackle, Ramos touched the ball first, but it was dangerous one. Ramos had the bottoms of his boots in front, don´t know the name of the corks there. And that is why the referee whistled that one as a free kick. It was dangerous play. I´m happy with the result. Quite fair one. Both had chances, both were good, especially Villarreal outcame the outsider position well. And of course, the league is more interesting now.
