We tried but we were overtrained before the euro...

in the game against Czech Rep., in 2nd half when we needed goals, all our players have run 30km[!!!!] while the average for whole game in the tournament is 115k or something like that

if you don't have the stamina and power to run through whole game then you can't win, simple as that

also we didn't have a single idea on how to play as a team, all we did was kick the ball to Blaszczykowski/Lewandowski and hope for a miracle

Well, you don't get money from being racist, but you do get money from advertisement. Hence, it could make sense to give higher fines to advertisement to keep the burden of the punishment comparable.
In fact, any fine below the amount he actually got from doing that would be pointless, as it would still be profitable for the player to break the rule.
