Def: Turner & Zayyette - Hull players are a big NO-NO this season.

Bramble is a good choice but should have taken Figueroa due to lesser popularity. It's about value rises as well.

Mid: FFL -ok, Gerrard is injured and might only play a few minutes tomorrow if at all, Modric is excellent choice he is hot right now and Giggs :o are you serious? he will play no more than a few minutes the whole season and hopefully will not fall apart, nevermind that he is far far too expensive, ie not VFM at all.

For: Crouch is still not settled in and while he has potential, he won't score half as many as Defoe and may be rotated with Keane. Owen, will be rotated lots, play little and while he might score here and there he is over priced at 8.5m. We all want him to succeed but that has nothing to do with this game.

Subs: Jaask is too expensive as sub fister and not on good rotation of Home & Away games with Green. Murphy?, Osman is injured and Fuller is questionable... Beattie at the same price would have been a better choice.

You must (!!!) forget about last season performance and point scoring. It's a completely new environment and terms. Don't forget the transfer carry-over and wildcard!

lol... mate, as far as I am concerned you can get Beckenbauer and Maradona... I understand the Welsh patriotism and that's fine, but for this game's purposes and that is what we're discussing, Giggs is not the finest of choices.

btw, I'm a MU fan and think Giggs is a fabulous player... at least was in his prime, and if I had to pick the best 11 of all times I would name him too. He is an athlete and a gentleman too. Great footballer.

When ever he retires, a great player would of left the sport. He looked after himself and best of all, didn't punch people. :P
