Yes. Or at least thats the way it has been earlier every season.

Yes, until the 15th Aug deadline you can change as many times as you want.
After that, you get 1 free transfer every week with one carry over, meaning you can skip one transfer and have two the next week. BUT... it doesn't carry over to the week after that, ie it doesn't accumulate.
...and of course you can always ply once a season your wildcard!

can we chose new players after each round?

I auto selected my team a few days ago because I was short on time, but now it seems I can't adjust i any more. Has the deadline for team registration already passed?

you can. just go into Transfers on the left side :)
