UEFA Euro-2012 pots announced

UEFA published the team rating following the results of the 2010 FIFA World Cup drawing. According to the rating, the 2012 UEFA European Football Championship qualifying draw is to take place in Warsaw, February 7.
Ukraine (it ranks 19th) as well as Poland (23d) is not among the participating teams. They qualify automatically as co-hosts. As regards the squads which will fight for the berth at UEFA Euro-2012, they have been divided into 6 pots according to UEFA rating.

1.Spain, Germany, Netherlands, Italy, England, Croatia, Portugal, France, Russia.
2.Turkey, Greece, Czech Republic, Sweden, Switzerland, Serbia, Denmark, Slovakia, Romania.
3.Israel, Bulgaria, Finland, Norway, Ireland, Scotland, North Ireland, Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
4.Slovenia, Latvia, Hungary, Lithuania, Belarus, Belgium, Wales, Macedonia, Cyprus.
5.Montenegro, Albania, Estonia, Georgia, Moldova, Iceland, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Liechtenstein
6.Azerbaijan, Luxembourg, Malta, Faroe Islands, Andorra, San-Marino
