Many of you forget about Germany. God, how ironic would that be. Germany winning championship in Poland...;)

Germany and Spain are huge favorites imo

Why is England a candidate? I mean, compared to, say, Croatia or Czech Republic. At least Croatia was there the last time :P
But seriously, it is like Argentina: you can name this or that player, but then we're never there in the final rounds, nor have achieved anything with these "names" for a long time. And I don't even think there are that many "names" in the island :P They remind me of Uruguay 10 years ago. Of course, they could be about to turn the tide, just like Uruguay recently did. But...

Germany is the obvious candidate, I think. Because they always win and because if they won in 96 then they can win any time :P
Then Spain: although I don't think they'll win it, they are the team to beat. Netherlands seems reasonable, at least if they're playing considerably better than in WC.

Anyway, I'm not as interested in the candidates as I am in seeing who surprises us :)

Netherlands - San Marino 3-0 and half time. They scores 3 goals in the first 14 minutes, after that it was a bit messy. Hopefully a good second half and many more goals :D

7-0 now :D I almost feel sorry for San Marino ... almost ;P
