Yea, when I see how many people want changes in million places, I wonder, am I the only one who actually likes this game?
People need to tone it down with conceptual changes.
Flash needs to be replace, viewer will need a lot of work.
Engine has issues. Engine actually drove most of the user away.
There is a lot of small tweaks, which all users want. About CL participation, day trading, etc.
I don't give a s**t about big training reform that somebody wants.

I love Sokker.
Is the best sokker managerial game.
Need for some small improvements.
Need for some small rebalances (trading, stadium, etc)
It must be renewed and made more attractive.
but
It does not require a revolution

The essence of the game is okay but some aspects of the game must be improved, such as form, injuries and engine; then the other more secondary aspects will be developed later if and when possible!

Why? Evantually DEVs will make a decision. But this topic is forum to get ideas, and many managers have great ideas that can make Sokker a better game, if implemented the right way.

Great that you admit it! :)
Now the part that you don't read or simply ignore what is posted, so I will post it again: make sokker look better without loosing the quality of Sokker!
Once Sokker was better as it had a match engine, while others where text based and the website looked okay for it's time. Sokker was ahead of other football manager games, that is what made Sokker better as other games. But because of some serious flaws, like a good tutorial new managers stuggle to learn Sokker.
Sokker needs to be better as other games again, to get new managers back to this game. That will not happen with small improvements, this will not attract new managers and the same problem will remains, a slowely dying game. Old managers will eventually also quit and without new managers, well we all know what will happen ... the last one can turn of the light.

– The main aspects of Sokker are easy and simple to learn.
This is not really true. Almost all new managers struggle with the basics. Like making your own tactic and save it.
They first have to find the tactic editor, that is a task on it's own. After that the struggle begins, always the same problems they run into, the same questions from new managers, how to create a tactic, when to save, what to do with the ball, etc. And no good and clear tutorial or interactive tutorial to guide them, or already guided them, is ever implemented.
How many times I have seen the post 'never mind, I quit' because of this struggle.
So to say easy and simple is really not realistic, ask tutors and mentors.
Edit: not to mention the money part. Because there isn't a good tutorial warning managers to not spend all money, many do have spend it already before asking help. Helping a team that is already in the red, without any income, is almost pointless.

Au contraire! It´s one of the best chances, because when they have reached this point, they are ready to learn.
e.g. This team. On February 2016 he was over the red line, in less than one year he started to make big money and now he is one of the most passionate users. By the way, now he is one of the best striker trainers on our sokker world (look at his highest transfers) and he has so much money, that he could buy also player like Maradona.
Do you believe, that he would be a passionate sokkerist and one of the best striker-trainers if hadn´t this experience?

I like sokker the way it is now. The 3d and stadium I think are quite good. The only thing that I would like changed is to have one or two more competitions, especially for the lower leagues.

Ofcourse, there are always exceptions. I also spend all my money before asking and still here (not that successful and only minutes a week, but still here .. )
But in almost all cases, without money to buy a better team + coach and assistant(s) after firing all crappy players, new managers have to go on with those crappy players, not very motivating. Playing Sokker with at least an okay team makes it more fun.

One thing, why do people write +1000000 or +1000? Your vote isn't more because of that, as someone who is using the normal +1.

It will be hard to raise the users to 100k , thats for sure. Nobody is waiting for a game in wich they have to invest 5 human years to be something, unless they know it from the beginning.
It should be clear to new users from the start that this is a slow game.
