tiered taxation? you mean tax depends on what?
Instead of max number of trades (not only trades needs lot of trades, new users also) we would search for other ideas, maybe even longer period before player would like to change the team again, from 4 weeks to 6. But i'm just thinking out loud, it is not an official statement ;)

Training is much faster than it was and that is a fact.
To be precise - weekly progress of each player is faster, that is what we should call "training speed".

Fun is not related to player skills level :) trust me, if we would restart the game, and all we would start with new database, the competition level and everything would work the same, it would be the same fun (if not higher;)) - fun is in competition, if you will use worse players, but your opponent too - nothing changes.
Only match engine will suffer with some bad games level, but that is another thing and we will improve it too, and we are fully aware about it.

Some possible solution in the future is to make tax linked to number of weeks in your club. It was a idea from this forum i think, i like it at the level of mechanism - only my concern is to make it easy to understand to everyone and make sure that you always know what will be the final tax from your sale.
that 3,64% less can be recompensated with 100% efficiency, that can be quite easy delivered, if you are training some player from officlal games line up.
If you play normally then not really, because giving that extra training to get to 100% will be compensated with extra injuries = extra lost trainings across the whole career :P And if someone wanted then in old system they also could train top players in official+friendly, with bigger % benefits than now (93% -> 99% instead of current 96.5% -> 100%)
And, in the same time all the rest skills are developing much faster - more than 100% if I remember.
I don't understand this, my calculations take into consideration better general training. Do you mean some other factor than just that?
I've just get pop with my 22y MID after 25G and one full training to magical passing - totally impossible thing at old training speed level.
1+25G ~= 4.75 normal trainings (if we count general training as 0.15 of a normal training), looks like a normal pop for a talented player (did he pop to brilliant from normal or general training?). You know you can't look at some pops from general training and say "it's too quick", you need to look at the whole picture (including adding an extra skill in the future, which will make a huge difference).

Sorry, my bad - I didnt get at first time that you are counting all training units, also with general training.
My point was, that while weekly progress in main trained skill is still the same as it was, general training of rest skills is much faster, so when you decide to change your training for other skill, the base is higher, giving in the end some serious bonus when we count whole career of a player.

A player of mine (26 yo, magical in pace) has 6 main training in this skill + 28 GT. If training is really much faster, shouldn't he popped up already?
Another case: 26 yo, divine in DEF; 27 formation training (better than GT!) + 10 GT + 3 main training = remains in the same level.

The thing is while young players (U23) train faster than before, older trainees +24 / 25 train alot slower than before! Especially in the higher skills!
Before a player at 26y old didn't need +13 weeks to reach divine pace, unless bad talent. Now, even the biggest talented players need at least 12 weeks to reach that level.

Yep that's a huge hit for those that try to complete NT players so huge hit for small and medium NT. But @raul of course do not care..
My 20 y striker played ATT command Normally. i dont change any training or trainers but he dropped tactical disipline why???

Training issue - solutions
In past weeks we follow your feedback about training reform, especially training speed reduction.
We need to admit, that in current shape training algoritm is a bit to harsh for players, and probably reduced training speed to much.
In upcoming days/weeks we will work on some improvements, to make it better, and training will be accelerated. We will use few tools to improve it:
1. We will accelerate speed of training of low level skills and medium ones, but skills from the top of scale will remain hard to get - we belive, that it is good for the game in long term perspective, to avoid multidevine players, I hope you will agree on that. Low level skills will be trained even faster, than it was before our reform.
2. general training will be better (around 50% more effective than now, so it will be still quite low, but should generate higher number of additional pops of non-trained skills)
3. We will add one more skill (probably "galactic" one, between unearthly and devine - to make scale from 1-20). That point is more difficult and probably will be introduced a bit later.
We hope that proposed changes will be a good solution for current discontent, it will help to achieve our long term plan to make top sokker players more diversified, but with remaining training thursdays green and exciting for users.
