I have no idea what you just posted

This is your balance together with transfers made or what? Transfers don't matter, post your income/outcome balance without transfers

So you had +5m euro balance during the season and you think you won't have money now after slight changes in wages? Are you serious?
2023-03-20 11:18:14
Nice, thank you!
2023-03-20 11:59:20
Its not slight changes in wages, and not only one which they are planning
I have salary growth of 670k per week, it's about 8,7kk in the season,

They want to drastically reduce ticket incomes, too.
A good team is not eternal, every season you have to replace a few older players, it doesn't make money, only new costs.

With too much outcomes and less incomes, it will not be profitable for anyone to play for the result, but only to fall to a low league and trade.

All these changes lead to this.

so you are still +12m zloty in the positive
what's the problem? that's the reason for inflation, of course they should further limit the income/increase spending. it's extremely easy to have great players, top training staff, youth school etc. and still make a lot of cash, it shouldn't work that way.

it was never profitable to play for results, at least in Poland
and they should address that
but it doesn't change the fact that they need to work on team finances

If it isn't profitable for all to have great teams and play for the result, we will have weaker teams and more significant competition.
Having a great team in the longer term will not be affordable, so that managers will keep weaker players, but there will be more competition, right?

That's not true,
playing in a high league, you can't train young players because then you don't play for results,
trained good players cost a lot, and older players don't cost much, you only lose on them

This is not how it works, 90% of thinking menagers will deal with trade in the low leagues and if they collect huge capital and want, they will play for promotions and titles.
We've done this in our 1st league many times.
2023-03-20 12:29:10
Maybe it's time to adapt and start playing like the other 10% then?
2023-03-20 12:38:16
So you want to play at top level, have top players, top staff and get enough money from sponsors and tickets so that you don't have to make any transfers and still keep the same top level, only changing the players using money that you get from sponsors and tickets?

Again, are you serious? :D

That's a ridiculous idea and the fact that teams usually lose worth in 1st Polish leagues is GOOD because you have diversity, teams change, you have to rebuild. Otherwise you would see same teams for 10 years in Ekstraklas and 2nd leagues. And other would have to make even more money on trading in lower leagues to have any chance to compete with them.

You still can train youths, but you need to sacrifice the Cup then.
I think that having top tier team, fully training youths for money and making profits from playing in top, would be too much and younger teams would never be able to catch up.
That's one of the reasons why sokker is not getting new users.
I see 3 possible scenarios how users should control their team:
1) TOP team, with TOP results for 5-7 seasons, with very big expenses and big negative finances every season and then going back to rebuild;
2) VERY GOOD team, combined with some trained youths, where 23-24yo can also be trained and give results to a team. You can be close to TOP for many seasons, depends on how you manage the team;
3) Go farming and build the finances to choose 1st or 2nd path.
2023-03-20 12:49:46
I didn't write anything like that
I have always trained players with varying degrees of success and that has been the base of the club's income and better results.

In the current league system they will change anyway and the rotation is very high,
why they want to add costs and do everything for traders?
it doesn't make sense.

I've never used options 1 and 3 and I don't want to

If the changes to the game still lead to the removal of good teams, and help traders then I will regret it, but thank for these "facilities"
