Same as other staff members they will have a level, which gives us % chance of shortening injuries each day by 1 day!
tragic [0] - 0-5%
hopeless [1] - 0-10%
unsatisfactory [2] - 0-15%
poor [3] - 0-20%
weak [4] - 0-25%
average [5] - 0-30%
adequate [6] - 0-35%
good [7] - 0-40%
solid [8] - 0-45%
very good [9] - 0-50%
excellent [10] - 0-55%
formidable [11] - 0-60%
outstanding [12] - 0-65%
incredible [13] - 0-70%
brilliant [14] - 0-75%
magical [15] - 0-80%
unearthly [16] - 0-85%

That means, with unearthly medical every day we will have 85% chance of shortening injury not by 1, but by 2 days!

With a bit of luck 28 days injury will take only 14 days off!

I disagree. This would benefit the richer ones, who could afford without any particular problem to heal their players, who are even stronger.
If there is to be a healing benefit, it must be minimal and very expensive.

Of course there is a benefit for reacher ones. It is everywhere. Richer ones also buys more expensive players and they are stronger. So they deserves to be better protected, but not for free.

That proposal still keeps randomness factor.

Second thing is like with coaches - if its needed everyone will have that Medical with atleast level 13 and richest ones at max level. The difference wouldn't be that big.

I don't understand this? The moment you know the match is about to begin and you are online at that moment, why would you go to the season page or the series page?
Cause only those 2 pages might tell you the outcome before you've seen it...
I always use the overview link and I never ever experienced me seeing the result before the match was seen...not ever.

usually, probably yes, but if you have large display, display reduction to 90% or less and you are waiting for next/prev matches to load then the fans panel is little higher and it is visible, e.g.

site is super unstable today :(

it itches and spreads, instead of reducing the time of the injuries you prefer to put together as much artifice that implies more work XD
