Easiest way to control inflation but give users the choice over how much they want to be affected is a certain % of the transfer fee is added to the players wage per week.
That % can be discussed, but it gives people the option of spending more, knowing the player will cost them more per week, or not spending so much because it would come out of their weekly budget, whilst also not affecting new teams much as they will buy very cheap anyway.

My team top 20 in Türkiye. im in the second league. this system is so bad every week i am either at a loss or the money is barely enough

Before the reform of duration of season, it was also the same case if you are in upper leagues. The lonely way to improve money was to play more games (domestic Cup and for better teams, CC) and training and selling players at their best otherwise, your budget stay flat or even decrease. Then, this new ajustment of wages is forcing teams to play with strategy. Those last seasons (with new season reform), we all win so much money without doing nothing special.

So i have good season, fans madly in love, i play cup game against week team, fans are expecting big win. But i have some youngsters so i cant leave them without training. So i win cup game with one goal difference, i go to the next round but the fans are not madly in love(one level down)
So next game is league, best two by ranking in country meets, 1st and 2nd in league top division, opponent have madly in love fans, but because of my fans mood stadium isnt full because of this one goal win in cup.
So 80% of stadkum capacity is used.
To be clear i havent changed tickets and last 6 or more matches on my stadium against this team was full capacity.
Can something be done abput this i dont see logic.

Maybe the fact the weather was rainy added to the reduction in attendance? Like I know you have seats under cover but I still think you lose potential attendance even with that in rainy days.

i think youth games should not affect the mood of fans why?
- they are optional
- we do not know skills of players so basically its impossible to do any tactical miracles
- its super annoying to watch or waste time on them..

but if we want to reward those that make serious efforts there should be small prize for winning it .. though there is that small income of games that already is as reward

Last week I had 4 injured players, now I have 2 extra, for a total of 5 injured at the same time (1 recovered)...

Not sure harder than ever but they always hit on worst places ever. My striker gone for 15 days today striker 6 7 9 skills scored it's crazy ..
