never ever spend money on maintaining the grass on the playing field because not only doesnt work properly, but it produces the opposite effect. Yesterday, after playing, it was a little over 60%, today it is 59%. and last week it was the same. It's surely broken that option and they're going to fix it, hopefully next year.

what they need is a mechanism to manage form. Dropping form at random by itself isn't unrealistic, but in life there are ways for teams to better manage it rather than simple human RNG. resting players should be able to improve players form.

Another option is to make form drop a lot when they are injured, but then as they recover and play, it goes back up over time.

The implementation of psychologists might work.
Paying for extra staff to ''see'' if a player is triggered to decrease or increase its form and maybe to get to know what was the trigger.
Imo the best possible money sink in the game and a feature that drastically improves game experience

I like the idea.

Just be careful, because yes, a money sink is needed...but they might want to find a way to not make the game even harder for new owners. The deck's already stacked extremely high against players like me. Likely why there's such a low retention rate with the game.

He received about 10-14 days. When I calculated when he would be available, he should have been able to play today but got plus one day, which is still far from what you said. I think your player will be ready in 7 days, don't worry. I have never seen my players significantly change the days of needed rest.

Older players need more time to heal*. For 32 years old player it's on average about 0.7 day healed every day, but there is also some randomness there, I estimate that for this age it draws a random number from range of (approximately) [0.5, 0.9]. This player's injury went from original 8.00 days to something like 6.01 - 6.4 days (which is rounded up to 7 days when shown to user) in 3 days. He will most likely need 9 more days to fully heal, 10 days if unlucky.

No more penalty in healing for older (>22yo) players, they are supposed to heal on average 1 day of injury each day. Some details are not known to me:
- will there still be a randomness in that (for example something like drawing value from range [0.8; 1.2]), or will it always be exactly 1 day healed every day?
- will young (<23yo) players still heal faster than average?
