an ideal way would be somehow sending a survey out to every individual team owner. You can listen to the 5% who talk in forums...and it probably won't lead to tragic mistakes, but the forums are only a small portion of the base.

Financial predictions are still way off in the budget overview. A little disappointing, since this feature was highlighted as an important tool when the finance reform was introduced a season ago. I guess it's harder to fix than Raul first thought.

The season has started and we dont have any news about the 2nd part of the financial update (match income). Am I right to asume they wont make this change?

Unofficial but yes, this part won't take place. It would affect much more poor teams than rich ones so they decided to leave it like it is for now.

I think it will be announced soon with one new feature which has nothing to do with finances.

I would praise them for such decision making, as these build solid bases and trust that the game may go to the right direction in the end.
