we display numbers for tests right now, to evaluate mechanism, but in the end you will see only your own expectation, without that expected table range.
Anyway, you pointed different bug - expectations are always set for the middle - so if your range is from 6 place (top table) to 11 (direct relegation) then expectations should be set between (so rather "avoid relegation", instead top half you posted.)

that range claims how many teams are evaluated as similar by algoritm.
It is even possible (for example in new created league with 12 new users) that range will be 1-12, and goal should be set then for "top half of the table".
So 50% of teams should make it, 50% should fail.

So if I understood correctly:
- teams that ended last season below my position, but now have higher expectations -> they have more money than me, since we have teams on similar level
- teams that ended last season above my position, but now have lower expectations -> they have less money than me, since we have teams on similar level

I think problem is coused by wage od budget vs club stats and overall club strenght - high weigh for budget is correct for low divs --> when your team plays for 50%, you can easly improve it with money - but when you play around 80%, money is not so important any longer.

exactly this, I was saying it from the beginning :P

for 10m euro you can create a whole team at level 4-5, at the same time for this amount you can only buy a reserve player if you are playing for 80+

yep, in top leagues you need a reserve of 10 Mil just in case of bad luck with injuries, you shouldn't be forced to spend that reserve due to fan expectations

yep, I'm also saying from the beggining that it is just beta version and will be upgraded a bit, but overall it looks not bad.
It is rather small adjustment do be done.

possible - it counts different type of stats (individual, team) value of first team, last year rank, and in the end budget.
If first elements are similar then budget would be probably crucial factor.

Without making this possible nobody wants to play in highest division anymore.
You are forced to relegate.
Dont think this is a good situation for this game.

I thought sokker wanted to create a game to go for highest places?
In the meanwhile it is going to the other direction fast now.

After winning the titel for several seasons in my country i have lost my motivation to play there lately.
With all changes in the wrong direction I am going to play in the lowest divisions now to train great trainees to top level.
No need to play on top anymore:

_ losing more money with higher selling tax for older players.
- higher salaries for older players
- cant play with sub players because of new rule we are talking about now.
- lower money from sponsors because of 12 teams instead of 8.
- etcetera etcetera.

Try to get new motivation to play this game.
I like it to relegate to play with trainees in my lower division instead of a friendly to get 100% training instead of 85%.
This game is moving to play for lowest division with top trainees and corner tactics :)

algoritm is about differences, not direct numbers - so even 100m in your account would be irrelevant, when your opponents have similar bugdet.
your 100m can mean nothing for the algoritm when you play in top div and your budget is high, and in the same time 10m can be important in VI div, while it means that you would be 10x more wealthy than other VI teams.

Maybe if you take the average rating of the League Team as 50% of the value of the team and 50% of cash on banc account, the algoritm might be more correct.

So in stead of looking at the players itself, look at their ''value on the pitch - rating'' so the price paid for a player is not taken into account for the value of your team.

If then you make a calculation based on the rating, something like this could be more correct for calculating the correct value of a team:
GK: rating 78.8
Player 2: rating 54.4
Player 3: rating 37.8
Player 4: rating 65.9
Player 5: rating 71.2
....

Then you make an average value for players between ratings in fields of 10:

So rating 0 - 9.9: Value 0€
Rating 10 - 19.9: Value 50k
Rating 20 - 29.9: Value 100k
Rating 30 - 39.9: Value 250k
Rating 40 - 49.9: Value 750k
Rating 50 - 59.9: Value 2.5M
Rating 60 - 69.9: Value 6.5M
Rating 70 - 79.9: Value 15M
Rating 80+: Value 25M

Ratings for GK:

0 - 29.9: 0€
30 - 39.9: 50k
40 - 49.9: 100k
50 - 59.9: 500k
60 - 69.9: 1M
70 - 79.9: 2.5M
80 - 89.9: 5M
90+: 10M

With this you can make a sum, based on their ratings to calculate an average value of the team.
Ad the cash on the banc account to this value and you have the total value of your team!

With this, the ''value of your team'' will be much more accurate.

The estimations of the ratings I made might be a bit inaccurate, but it was mainly to make a point.

90% of the base doesn't care about NT games. If they don't have a player on it, the probably don't care :D
