I would expect devs or sokker owners to give an update, this is not good customer service
You are absolutely right! I wrote to you sometime in March and you may be surprised that no one has replied to me to this day!!
But even so (I've been playing it for a while) I like the game "so far".

I can see your game from yesterday in 2D in Chrome without problems.
Sokker has not enough funds to provide such a customer service.
But it has old loyal users, who are willing to inform people about what's going on.
The story:
Yesterday the server was to slow and on the afternoon the server was rebooted.
Today at around 5:30 there should be the usual update but it didn't happened.
Most times in the past, in similar cases,
- the owners first try to fix the problem,
- then they reboot the server
and if the problem lasted for a long time (like today)
- they make after the reboot a short announcement and they inform about what will happen with the transfers
I expect today the same procedure.

Not working for me. I am getting a few 404s during the request, which may cause this:

I find it sad that this kind of info has to come from normal users, but I have accepted that it will never change.
It's not about funds though. It doesn't cost anything to post an quick official update here, only about 1 minute of their time.
Instead, users are left to themselves to figure out what is going on and why, for example, they can't arrange friendlies right now. Which, of course, is quite the challenge given the already ridiculously short timespan to arrange friendly tournaments.

Strange. Have you tried clearing your cache or tried another browser?
agree, game is awesome, but has so much more potential. issues like this and lack of communication can kill a product. cant wait for sokker to be used by millions of users
I don't agree. whether there is 1 owner or 1 dev, writing a message about outage or system issues takes 1 minute and does not cost much. from user point of view it is way better to know what happens rather than being left in dark. Of course outages will happen and the loyal users will understand
It seems time is very costly in Poland...
Communication is key, yet it was, is and remains the biggest flaw in this game.
I regret that they don't even communicate with their ''spokesperson'' if things like this happens.
I can relate the communication comes from ''normal users'', but not that there is barely or no internal communication, so everyone is kept in the dark.
As you said... a quick reply ''somewhere'' in the international forum would be suffice!
There are enough users reading all posts, so they can spread everything, while the devs are working on the issue.
But communication, as simple as: ''server malfunction - estimated working time between 5h and 2 days'' f.e. is suffice for the bunch of forum users to ease their mind.
Server malfunction, downtime, etc, must always ''freeze'' transfers for the duration of the working process. This is a code that needs to be implemented to prevent miscontent users, bad transfers, etc...
There's no one who will complain from the fact a training, youth process, economy update or any update whatsoever, will be postponed and executed on a later moment in such a case.

It's not like you only have to log in 1 time for 3 - 4 games per week. If you only play it halfway and concentrate on the games. This basis should be ensured. It's just my opinion
BTW: It is also not a fair act against the user if he frees up a time window with him and cannot do it.

I'm not old in the game like you. I've been playing this game since 2021. Unfortunately, game owners are very, very bad at sharing information with users. Is it that hard to give information?
very simple solution. Create an account called sokker helper bot. When there is any problem in the game, this account sends an information message to everyone.
