I agree completely with your 19:56 post.

2024-01-01 transfer 881 500 €

You sold the following player: Emanoil Balaban and received 722 830 €

18% is a bit to much for clubs making sales to survive! At least they should announce it on time.

The sponsors paid into club`s account a total of 68 293 €.
Expenses on junior school amount to 19 000 €.
Your junior school currently trains 18 juniors.
The club had stadium maintenance expenses of 12 000 €.
Expenses on junior trainer wage amount to 33 725 €
Expenses on coach wages amount to 118 025 €.
Expenses on player wages amount to 56 225 €
The team played a match. Income from tickets was 81 107

Here you go! ;) And that is biggest attendance income for this season!

Imo, the main goal of the game should be sportive results and playing for the mood of the sups.

That you need to be active on TL to achieve that goal is a no brainer, but being active solely for economic purposes without care of sportive or sups mood is imo wrong management for a football club.

On the other hand, there are lots of people who play solely for the green thursdays, or for the NT because the feel the game isn't giving what they expect from it, because of the low speed development, the wrong development and / or the complete lack of communication. And the latter is giving the most reasons to ignore the game as it should be played.

Also, most active users are mainly staying here because of the community / friends, so they simply don't care about sportive results.
But if the devs are going to punish people without communication, purposely or not, no communication is asking for big trouble. But on their part, they seem to be ignorant to the voice of the community, like a big part of the community is ignorant to the sportive side of the game. It's a vicious circle.

It's almost like they are trying to lose money, running the players that are left out of the game.
2024-01-01 21:16:12
Taxed 24,5%....

wtf?
Who will need now 30+ yo players?
The prices will go down for 30-32+ yo players, coz you will never get anything back, also will lose tones of euros for taxes.
Crazy taxes... wich kind a ruined my plans.
2024-01-01 21:19:22
I already hear them coming with an explanation.

Oooopsie, we thought this was our test server.
Oopsie daisyyyy, oh well, nothing to do about it now... Oh you want a refund, sorry, I have no idea where to start to do that, oooopsiiiieeee
2024-01-01 21:28:05
24.5% tax??? Come on, are they kidding us.
This game is starting to get a trainee game, no way this is a competitive game what they promised us.
With these taxes no one will buy an expensive competitive player anymore.

But the most stupid is that they did not inform all of us.

It's a degressive tax, if you get an "expensive competitive player" you don't get him for 4 weeks...

That's the whole point of this change, to limit those who make fast crazy profit on week-trading

It's obviously not properly adjusted, it should actually be higher than 25% for first weeks after buying so it's no longer that profitable to fast trade youths
2024-01-01 21:51:10
I understand,
but with less money and higher salaries in sokker you are not able to buy a lot of competitive players..,
so you need to buy them for short term in case of injuries and suspended players..,
and this is not possible this way.

This game is no longer a competitive game, but a game for rich teams who can afford this.
And even the rich teams will go down in money.

Other thing..., the TL is getting less players every day now, so with this high taxes there will be even less players at TL...
They are not looking at all the problems this all will cause.

Indeed. And prices for young talents will rise further this way!

I think that for this shortage of players in TL to disappear and money to disappear from the game, one idea would be that random players without team would appear in TL. The supply of players would increase so prices would drop. In the end the gap between rich and poor clubs would be smaller and the game would gain in competitiveness and not in the market.
2024-01-01 22:16:56
Not in the long term.

This tax will bleed money from the game. It'll take time, though. Prices will rise at first.
2024-01-01 22:25:52
Indeed. And prices for young talents will rise further this way!

Nope, exactly the opposite.

The youth prices are already vastly inflated, to the points where top youths go for the same price that they will be valued at while at their peak (so they are trained for 8-10 seasons only to keep the base value).

If you limit the short-cycle trading training of mass traders then they will obviously not be able to bid every player and buy them constantly, so the prices will go down with time.

And the amount of available youths will be same since most youths at weekends come from youth schools - and they apparently have now a lower tax of 8% so it's even more profitable to sell them (I'd lower it to 5%).

What you will have less is overpriced youths that were bought 4-6 weeks prior, got 5 pops, a nice talent graph and now are being sold for base fee times 5-10. Which is not a problem, it's actually great news. :-)

Obviously you are one of the mass traders who sells players this way, so you can be angry with that change, but please stop with the nonsense of "no players will be sold now", "young players will have higher prices" :P

Your latest transfers. This is exactly why this change is GOOD and the tax should be even higher in the first 10 weeks.
This game has turned into fast trading bullshit.

I think this update will stay, this is no error.
In the past sokker told us this kind of update would come in the future.
2024-01-01 22:58:13
Nobody said this kind of update would come in the future. Or maybe if I say "one day I will rise a tax" that is valid for eternity.

If you make a change, you should inform about it clearly, in advance, with a starting date predefined. This is being done not at the start of a season, but at the start of a calendar year. Makes absolutelly no sense.

RIP Sokker.
Last time I pay my plus.
I thought it will be a good idea comeback to this game but it's kinda ruined now.
Besides, the communication between users and devs it's almost zero. They just do what they want without telling us anything.
Now with this taxes you'll have to train players 2-3 seasons before you want to put them into TL.
