I have 4 trainers retiring and not much money and 1 player to sell soon, i was trying to train english players to make england better but seems my training level will now drop, i was of the understanding i'd lose an old guy a season, i mean i came 3rd not 2nd but this is seen as a disgrace so i lose 4 trainers wth , surely this cannot be right and someone will help me?

I don't want to be that guy but:
1) no one will help you
2) you had a lot of time to prepare for it

If your coaches announced retirement just now then you still have a full season to make some money to get replacements.

last season i replaced 1 oldie i came 2nd [just] way behind winner.
this season 4 younger coaches when i came 3rd
you think this is fair and what they intended do you?

2nd & 3rd are included as same position as its "podium" and i was never expected to be 1st. therefore we had a solid good season, I should lose 1 or 2 oldest coaches, which would be strict but fair, this as it stands ends me , i will have to sell older best players to finance it that will relegate me then i'll lose other coach , clubs don't bust up like this, only if your Leeds United

I think have a proper case here, no way this should be happening.

It's not about your league position, it's about their age

and you have a whole season to prepare for it

if you can't manage to make money even to cover the cost of getting new coaches then you don't really need high level coaches anyway

last season i lost a 94yo
so i thought like you did i'd lose 94yo and 84yo, not the 74yo and the 68yo i got last season!

*Oh well, I'm over it, new challenge, i do wish they'd value the 3 points more and not you have to win by loads more goals more because they are not that far off your level say 1 rank or 1 place behind you yet you have to win by 5 goals for mood to be stable

Well it would be much easier for you then if you started reading the official info about changes, because everything was explained ahead of time...

Imo each coach you assign should be max 50 years of age. Coaches from the age 60 and above, sacked by their club should retire automatically.
Also, coach buying from market is outdated since the implementation of the retirements.
Money sinks are good, but the system for it is bad!

You can't find coach with age 60+ in recruitment form.
If you find 60 yo coach you can, but don't have to sign him. Even if you sign him, the chance he will retire next season is really small, he could stary for another 5 or more season. But still choice is yours, you don't have to sign such one.
Same with coaches that are 60+ but not announced retirement, you can find them on TL, you can buy, but you don't have to.
When the coach announced his retirement and you fire him, he won't be listed on TL, just sucked once forever.

So the system works as intended and this is fine. The only thing is recruitment form which imo have to be rebuild completly.

Thing is that for some particular coaches, you perhaps are looking for a magical coach with unearthly on x specific skills, but you never find one until after x millions spend, but then he turns out to already be 59 years old... I know you don't ''have'' to sign him, but the odds for you finding a similar but much younger coach are very limited! That's the only remark I have about the system.

The chances of finding a 59yo coach or a 40yo coach are exactly the same.

Yes, but the chances of finding a player with the exact or minimum requirements you expect him to have are much smaller to happen, when you just got a 59 y old player with the right requirements. About 10 seasons ago I spend 25M for 2 unearthly coaches. Ok...they are unearthly, maybe a bit too much to set your minimum requirements on the max possible, but I did that for 1 reason! Belgian U21 and NT players. I had a lower expectation of my sportive side, but I wanted to help our national team florish with better trained and generated players through my youth team, having an unearthly coach, but also on having an unearthly main coach to train the players to the max of their potentials, solely for the purpose of serving the national team.

Another one of my fellow Belgian managers who had the same idea like me, spend around 500k for 1 unearthly coach!

Do you see now where I'm getting at? It's not only the age that's random, but it's everything that's random, despite what you're looking for!
So, imo, either there should be an extra generating system which let you pay to get an exact skill OR an exact age. I don't mind spending more for younger coaches. I do mind spending ?? on the right coach, being somewhere between 50k and 50M!
