There are many more challenges, no need for the playoff to animate the game.

Week 13 : 13 and 14th League match, friday cup .
Week 14 : sunday final cup/friendly, wednesday friendly, friday no match.

or possible to play Cup wednesday for Spain/Magyarország/Česká republika, and Friday for Türkiye/Brasil.
Roumania, Italia, Polska are only 1 Cup.

I disagree, is exciting. We need this type of matches.

The championship is a classification over time, the playoff is only for bogus championships to create suspense and lose the best team. And in sokker help the better team.
You have 3 cups now..

Play off is necessary. You don't want bots or inactives promoting to leagues replacing active players.

I disagree, so 100% is down to at least 99. It would be good if we do the pool about playoffs.

In Bosnia i see bad transition with playoffs from level 2 and 3. If you have level 3 league with 3 teams, that is definitely chance that winner of the league will be in playoffs, because in other level 3 league you have only 1 team with bots, and he deals them with 2 digits, direct promotion even if this team is weaker then other from league with 3 users. Just not fair done.

So i would say no playoffs at all. That will be good for the week where only playoff is happening and more then 50% of sokker world is doing nothing.

But we all are in decision so we can make pool about playoff like
1. yes one match
2. yes home/away
3. yes but random opponents one match
4. yes but random opponents and home/away
5. no

Also achmid Australia would have same number of bots and humans in first division even if you didnt had playoff.

the main sokker departures are the absence of the DEV for 10 years and because the first are blocked with the playoff, 0 motivation after that, and very often because the big teams deliberately lose in the league to play more games.
Playoff benefits cheating, and distorts the championship.

And if you have to decrease the number of weeks and create more challenges, you have to delete a few things, otherwise you need more weeks, it's not possible.

That really is only because of the 4 new users joining. And if there was direct promotion, A-League in Australia would be significantly weaker than what it will be this season.

The aim of the Playoffs is to make sure the strongest teams are those in the upper division, and that weaker ones don't automatically promote in favour of a strong one.
The single autopromoting spot does sometimes allow for just one team team to be weaker than the team they are replacing. In theory this should be the strongest team in the division below, but we know it probably has more to do with its competition than their own strength. However, if they are that much better than their competition, they probably aren't having much fun, whilst the teams in the other div 2 leagues are finding it harder to "auto-promote", because they actually have competition, so they actually get to have the fun of sokker.

Sokker has the right balance now, although I wouldn't be against them halving the number of leagues per division, and giving 1st places direct promotion in favour of 8th and 7th,and 2nd places being in a play off against 5th and 6th

People are silly to deliberately lose for a play-off (unless they were borderline anyway). The affect on gate takings from poor fan mood tends to be worse than 50% of a play off match income. There are also minor affects on sponsorship money and fanclub numbers.

But all the devs would need to do is give a small amount of prize money for the top 4 teams, and then it would be even more in the favour finishing top 4.

Many big teams lose voluntarily since it is more advantageous than being 3-4th. And it's impossible for the little ones to win the playoffs since the team opposite is far too strong.

But to drop to those spots you need to lose a few matches, which means a few matches of lower spectators, lower fanclub, lower fan mood. These all add up.

Some people only see the money in the qualification match and don't realise all the other losses they had making sure they finished 5th. These teams will also continue to go nowhere farming 5th, because they don't realise (just like you aren't seeing), how much they are actually losing in the lead up to the Q match.

BUT even if it was beneficial, giving prizemoney to 1st-4th would be an easy way to fix this issue

If you lose the goods matchs, you lost not many monney in championship and mood.
I did it a lot of times, when you train other than speed it's great the playoffs.

the DEVs want more movement and a shorter season.. removing the playoffs solves these 2 problems and that prevents distorting the championship.

We will laugh when the very rich teams buy all the best profiles since now they can buy since it is profitable. The new training is not democratic, only if devs clamber up bank accounts, but we never heard of that..

Unfortunately you are talking only about bots.
Lets talk about humans, i know Australia doesnt have much users but you want playoff just to give chance a guy in top level tier to stay in top level. So im there and i make my team u18, and i will end up 6-7 place and easy win against bot and im still there. Or if its though opponent i can just buy some players and win that too.
It will be much more competitive if we dont have playoffs, much more hope for guy for 2nd or 3rd tier to go in higher level if he win the league. You must understand that you have other countries in which you have humans in lower leagues. They pump their team for building goal difference just to get chance to promote directly or all effort is depending on one game (or two if someone think away home will make difference)

I have seen this for many years, people trying to go in higher level, and end up where they are, just because playoff issue.
