this is a great idea.

Yeah, this should be a no-brainer. I wrote in Raul's suggestion thread for the new Player Profile-page that it should be possible to show/share players' development in some form. I was mainly thinking about training though. Maybe you should add your suggestion to the thread as well, in case any of it is put to use eventually:

we lose junior talent when he goes in the senior team.....it is totally stupid that we lose all the data when you pull junior out of YS......

just add one more point/line/whatever in the player graph section........so that plus users see talent after YS....we are paying for that kind of information.......

I'm currently saving the skill level chart (plus) by downloading picture, also notes saved when player are still in school/academy. But it should be better if we got that info available in game.

Currently Sktables Academy can solve that.

While it's keep track of Youths progressions it's also an open database, talent are easy to share and check...
e.g. Patrick Chandelier talent≈4.1(max 4.4)✓
