Asunto: [GD] Injuries
? I Didn’t expect anything, I was just explaining that it was random, unfair and unmanageable when you cumulate bad lucks. Nothing else.

There is one way to handle the situation: having a good replacement for the injured player. If he is the same as the injured one, then you have zero negative consequence of the injury. Of course this is rarely the case that people have it, but that's the way you CAN manage it, if someone really wants to, like you do.
Yes it's average data. Play the game for long enough and it will be that average unless you only train technique with no pace.

You can manage the situation until it’s not 100+ days of injured players. it’s just impossible in sokker (at least economically) to face cumulative bad luck.
You keep talking about average injuries. It could be ok for (most of) teams in the middle of luck/bad luck distribution, it’s not for those you cumulate bad luck.

Theoretically you can always manage any kind of bad luck because there is no limit to resources. In theory you can have a team playing for 85 rating, 6 top quality subs and free to use in time of need150m euro on the account.
It’s obviously ridiculous, but at the same time having only 11 or 13 top players and being angry at injuries/cards is equally ridiculous.

6 top quality subs and free to use (...) It’s obviously ridiculous
If it's ridiculous to get enough players to manage bad lucks, It's natural — not ridiculous — to be angry at injuries when you can't deal with randoms ^^
Sokker's economic and training system is ridiculous for dealing with randoms events, not users. In the end, it is not surprising when players have left the game for those reasons, or started a career as a farm team, spending their times mining money... ;-p

Every manager game including online and offline works the same way in dealing with random events.
In fact in realistic games or in real life random/injuries are an even bigger problem because you can invest 100m euro in a player and then he can get injured for a year, come back and never reach even 80% of his true potential.
And no, if someone has 12 good players and then gets angry about injuries, then he should be only angry at himself because if you have only 12 good players then you RELY on having a LUCKY season.

But then you explain that’s ridiculous (economically) to spend money for top subs, until you don’t have 150m cash to loose on account… it’s means that only teams with lots of money on accounts can manage randoms.

In real, you can buy and train 22 main players dealing with randoms. In real, a player does not systematically lose value after 28 years. In real, a club that invest millions in lower leagues It doesn't exist. In real, a 22 years player can play at top level.
The comparison with reality is not really relevant :-p
On the other hand, the more money you have on hand, the easier it is to deal with randoms events, and this is as true of Sokker as it is of real life.
That’s why teams like you are mining gold in lower leagues. I am agree with you :-)

I've said that it's a ridiculous vision to imagine a team playing for 85+, with 6 top subs and 150m euro on the account. Yet it IS POSSIBLE and yes it would make it possible to manage unlucky injury/cards periods.
And there were teams that had some bad luck with injuries and still managed to win at top level. Because they had good substitutes and they had money on the account for crisis situations. They were prepared.
If you have 12 players you are not prepared and "when the tide turns you can see who swims without shorts". You don't have enough resources for a top TEAM so you buy only first squad and then pray for no injuries.

a. yes, you can have 16 or 20 or 50 players here. as many as you want. there is no limit to your resources.
b. of course in real life players lose value after 28yo.
c. yes, that's why it's even easier here because there are no limitations and you can make money even in lower leagues.
The comparison with reality is not really relevant.
of course it is if you're talking about realism/random. It will be always in such games or in real life so you have to be always ready for such bad random series - or you can be unprepared and just hope you will have a lucky random serie.
That’s why teams like you are mining gold in lower leagues
not really, I'm mining because since many years I simply don't care to play competitively anymore so I just train. and for many years I didn't even "train train", I just kept my youths.

All games have pay to pay/win
At least Sokker should give the users this option in order to quick recovery the injuries of the players situation. Sokker Plus features must be improve with more comprehensive choices

The moment you start comparing real life with games is the moment you lose the game. Winners and lucky ones never make the comparison because, why would they?
As for injuries...it's just a random feature within ''a game'', where you are guaranteed to get your player back after x amount of time. At least they don't die here...
I think that the injury discussion is gravely exaggerated. Some people are unlucky, but so what? Everybody knows that injuries are a part of ''the game'' and that it can occur on a completely random basis. So if you really want to play for prices, then you need to invest in a good bench too. And also, people need to realise that playing for prices does not equal gaining money! It costs money to play for prices in this game! That's why so many players are farming!

You mining gold for years, it’s easy to deal vs injuries in your own reality.
I didn’t have to argue anymore, I've already concluded.

Think you misunderstood borkos. He lost interest in competing (nothing to do with injuries). He resorted to farming because that’s where he got his enjoyment from. Again nothing to do with injuries. He’s not being a hypocrite lol.
He would also know what happens with injuries quite well and how to deal with them.
The simple answer is if you want to compete make sure you have enough depth in your squad, if you don’t and you hit problems with injuries then that’s as a result of your gamble by not having depth.
If you had depth and copped like some ridiculous bad luck you possibly then have a right to be disappointed/unhappy

Exactly :)
I actually went back out of "retirement" after about 6 years of doing nothing when they announced the new ownership and changes, I invested a lot into top level trainees to create a nice team. Unfortunately after a couple seasons it turned out that the actual changes are very slow/bugged/in wrong direction so I lost interest again and I'm basically inactive at club level again.

I didn’t misunderstood, Borkos don’t care about dealing with randoms, it’s a farm team.
And for someone who miss interest in competing (should be the essence of a game) I just notice that he's still interested in mining gold. I find it hypocritical, yes, even if farming it's part of the logic of the game, it doesn’t mean random events are manageable for those teams that play the game and facing really bad lucks. Point.
