Asunto: [GD] Injuries

The idea:
what do you think, if player get's injury, but even if he is injured, he would get the "base" (~60%) training as per new system? I was thinking about cons and prons and there is logic in both scenarios, what do you think?

Also injury players play super bad on 7 days if that could be improved a bit case they are useless...
Maybe a club algoritm is necessary...
So, basically, a team has x% chance for an injury to occur at any given situation during the match.
The x might rise when a tackle has been done or when a player has lost over y% of stamina over time while running f.e.
Now I think that each team ( Also NT ) should have an injury calculator.
This meaning each team having x decreased by z, which is a certain %, determined by the amount of injuries suffered during that season already.
So, f.e., if a team has had 3 injuries occurred the ongoing season, then x should be decreased by z times 10%, giving this a 30% reduction of chance.
I give a suggestion for x to be somewhere between 1 and 2%
So in the case of 3 injuries, the 1 or 2% should be decreased by 30%, resulting in a number between 0.66 and 1.33%
On the other hand... players with low stamina should have a higher chance for longer injuries and they should heal slower than players with high stamina.
Also I feel that players with slight injuries should really play worse than healthy players, since they're not completely healed yet.
Maybe form should be taken down with a long injury to tragic and gradually going up when they are getting closer to a healed state - tending to go back to the form they had before the injury.
This will prevent managers more to play the injured player for a match!
I don't know what will be decided to happen with stamina training, but maybe it's a good thing to invent a cetain ''fit room'' for (injured) players to increase their stamina with gym sessions. Players who receive gym sessions will always up their stamina but cannot receive normal training.
This is only a proposition and always up for change or improvement, but anyways, I think some things should be done to prevent teams from seeing their team fall apart with weekly injuries, stacking up, resulting in the team being brought down at a cost that is too heavy for 1 team to bare.
2 to 3 injuries in 1 week is okay, but not at a weekly base, which some teams are suffering from. even with reïnforcements in your team, you cannot cope the loss of training, team strength, possibly resulting in a loss, which in their turn results in a downwards spiral from the supporters and sponsors, which results in lesser revenue and sponsor income,...
By decreasing the chances for a team to suffer injuries when they had their fair share of injuries already, you preserve a balance within the teams, greatly reducing the chance, only a handfull of teams suffering from the mayor part of the injuries.

I could make two suggestions: 1st) The amount of injuries is being absurd in my team, apart from suspensions, I've already lost at least 5 players with more than 20 days away, a striker injured 2 times in a row this season, losing 2/3 of the competition. Wouldn´t can create doctors and physical therapists to be hired and cut time in the medical department? After all, the time between official matches has also decreased. I had a big problem with the number of injuries this season. 2) Is it not possible to changes the colores of the stadium bleachers? My team is green, I would like the colors of the stands to be green and not red.
Another suggestion would be the creation of a Recovery Center (Ex. how create a stadium) in which the injury time would decrease.
Hugs.

Decrease or number three training assistants and create figure of doctor and physiotherapy to reduce effort time.

I agree Dtox9. Something needs to be improved, the injury numbers are disproportionate. And there's nothing you can do.
